**Expected** **Salary** **Range**: $22.00 - $24.00/hour
* Receive and stock finished goods and pull customer orders as needed.
* Scan finished goods when received, stocked, moved, and shipped, verifying all information is accurate and correctly input in system.
* Record/print inventory activity information.
* Perform cycle counts on semi-finished and finished goods.
* Adhere to established standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
* Maintain consistent stock of inventory, and packaging items, ordering new stock up to pre-authorized limit as inventory dwindles.
* Assess inventory reports and order patterns to identify items in need of automatic, recurring delivery.
* Provide inventory reports to purchasing and inventory control manager.
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with vendors.
* Maintain accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.
* Manage and maintain inventory system.
* Conduct frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
* Assist with periodic (at least annual) physical inventory audits.
* Operate forklift truck when necessary.
* Assist with development and implements employee training and development plans.
* Lead continuous improvement projects.
* Work with Manager to create personal development plans for yearly reviews.
* Perform other related duties as needed.
**We are Looking for a Candidate that Has:**
* High school degree, or equivalent.
* 5 years of experience driving electric and/or propane forklifts; previous forklift certification preferred.
* Positive attitude with the ability to influence and contribute to a team.
* Demonstrated safety focused with a willingness to adhere to safety guidelines.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
**Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
* Strong organization skills with the ability to meet workload for self, as well as the team, while meeting customer requirements accurately, and within established timelines.
* Good reading ability, including the ability to read and understand packaging layouts.
* Good computer proficiency with the ability to log into a variety of systems and enter data accurately.
* Good problem solving and detail orientation, with the ability to properly load bundles of diverse size.
* Ability to perform the physical functions of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
