A Large manufacturer of Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) for high-performance facades
Location: Florida
50-60 employees / $30mil revenue from Plant

Primary Objective:

Looking for a experienced Plant Manager with GRC / UHPC / Precast background
To provide the leadership GFRC and UHPC manufacturing facility in Florida to obtain operational, quality and financial objectives.
Reports to COO and CEO
Full P&L responsibility

Responsibilities:

Factory Management: Ensuring that projects are executed with certified quality on time and on budget. Activities to include: checking of production tickets, mould manufacture/purchase, steel frame construction, spraying, stripping, finishing, crating, protecting and loading.
Staff Supervision: Managing and leading a team of workers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Provide clear communication of objectives to production supervisors and ensure they have the resources to meet production goals.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring that the plant complies with all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
General Budget Management: Overseeing the plant's budget, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation. Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way by managing Cost, Time and Process.
Project Budget Management: Assist in preparing project estimates as required.
Maintenance Oversight: Ensuring that machinery and equipment are properly maintained and operational.
Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in production processes and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity. Work in conjunction with the management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
Inventory Control: Managing inventory levels to ensure that materials and products are available as needed without overstocking.
Reporting: Preparing and presenting reports on production, operations, and performance metrics to senior management.
Performance Management: Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
