A few details about the role:
- Perform general maintenance duties, including but not limited to carpentry, electrical work, minor HVAC work, painting, minor plumbing, and appliance repairs.
- Install/replace kitchen and bathroom cabinets, counter tops and hardware as directed. Install/replace kitchen or laundry appliances as directed.
- Replace, fit, paint, adjust and install all types of doors or screens including hardware as directed.
- Operate maintenance equipment not limited to hand or power tools, company vehicles, snow blowers safely. Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and report malfunction or repair needs.
- Complete work within scheduled time frame, according to budget and priority set by the supervisor.
- Monitor and provide periodic updates during the project and complete a report at the completion of project as directed.
And here's what you need to apply:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in drywall installation, repair, and painting procedures preferred.
- Certification, license or equivalent as required under state and/or local regulation to operate or repair certain equipment.
- A state issued driver's license with a driving record clear of infractions as defined by current insurance mandates.
