Hiring for:
Part-time Warehouse Associate
Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm, Up to 28 hours/week
Overview: Embark on your journey as a Part-time Warehouse Associate at Fastenal, where you're at the heart of our operations. You'll manage inventory, handle product flow, and contribute to the success of our industrial distribution operations in Williston, ND.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain branch inventory
- Receive, pick, package, ship, and cycle count inventory
- Make local deliveries using a company vehicle as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other duties as required to ensure branch success
Required Position Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a current, full, valid driver's license issued in the country of employment
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
- Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
- Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages up to 75 lbs
- Pass required drug screen and background check
Preferred Position Qualifications:
- Previous experience in receiving, shipping, sorting, or managing inventory
