Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Lead Teacher located in Basking Ridge, NJ. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lesson planning, education, communication, teaching, and training.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lesson planning, education, and teaching
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to effectively train and guide students
- Experience working with young children
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Passion for early childhood education
- Child development certification or relevant degree is preferred
