Responsibilities:
- Own the financial strategy for the company's fastest growing and most profitable division, which is approaching half a billion dollars in revenue
- Act as a true business partner to the division, overseeing financial planning and analysis, and finding ways to drive improvements and growth
- Play an integral part in Mergers & Acquisitions from due diligence to integration
- Lead a high-level, growing team of 5, consisting of Directors, Managers and Analysts
- Develop & implement strategies to improve and grow the business unit to its full potential
