Connect Search is hiring a Controller for a small but rapidly growing company in Madison. This person will be the first accounting & finance professional in the organization and will be tasked with building the department from the ground up. This person will have a pathway to the CFO role as the company continues to grow.

Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Master s degree or CPA strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in a senior financial managerial position with a track record of successful financial and operational leadership.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, reporting standards, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with an ability to motivate teams and manage diverse operations.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
