Processing telephone and mail-in orders (domestic and international) as well as return authorizations and quotations for all Vicam products in a fast-paced environment. Researching requests for information using available resources and follow up with internal and external customers when necessary. Providing service support to sales reps and in-house personnel and possess the ability to triage troubleshooting for complex customer issues.
