The Opportunity
- Inventory Planning Assistant has to partner with many of the planners, It is their responsibility to assist the Inventory Planners in and deadlines is also imperative. Also, they will manage the lifecycle of the purchase order, from placement to receipt.

- You will report to the Sr. Inventory Planner
Your Impact - You will manage the purchase order lifecycle: submitting orders, vendor follow-up, tracking, shipping, and receiving. Maintain accurate documentation related to communication, modifications, and invoicing.
- Vendor management - communicate with international and domestic vendors regarding shipping, payment, and vendor information updates.
- You will monitor shipping reports for orders are. Alert Planners to any potential issues
- Support Planner with additional projects and tasks.
What You Bring - 1-2 yr. relevant work experience
- Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) skills.
- College degree required
