AV-Rated Litigation Firm has an opening for a Business Litigation Attorney.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation cases
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct discovery and take depositions
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top 50 ABA accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar
• Proven experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm setting
• Familiarity with legal research platforms such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously

Billable Hour Requirement: 1800

Salary: $175,000 to $225,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
