Overview:

Bancroft is seeking a Marketing Outreach Coordinator who is responsible for coordinating a referral relations program, B2B content, and educational opportunities for referral sources.

Responsibilities:

About The Role

The Marketing Outreach Coordinator reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager and works closely with members of the Marketing and Admissions teams, as well as Service Line operations and clinical leaders. The Marketing Outreach Coordinator will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Bancroft and cultivate and nurture strong relationships with local physicians and referral sources.

Here are some highlights of what youll be doing:

Outreach

  • Interacts with community leaders, physicians, clinicians, social workers, case managers, and discharge managers to maintain and develop referral relationships.
  • Arrange and attend lunch meetings, meet and greets, and introductions with referrals to promote our clinics and programs
  • Arrange and attend relevant conferences and events to promote our clinics and programs by targeting specific referrals
  • Work with the Admissions department to meet short-term and long-range census goals
  • Work closely with service line leaders to plan outreach strategies, targeting key referral source opportunities
  • Maintains accurate account and contact information in CRM tool
  • Manages effective target list and demonstrates effective reach and frequency
  • Present relevant opportunities to improve physician and referral relations as they emerge
  • Coordinate data collection and analysis and produce reports to monitor the success of the referral relations program
  • Conduct research as needed

Marketing

  • Coordinates webinar program in partnership with marketing and service line leaders with the support of the marketing automation agency.
  • Proactively gather and produce B2B email and social media content that is timely, accurate, and creative.
  • Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentations as needed.
  • Supports, promotes, and manages special events and conferences in support of strategic marketing communications objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Outgoing personality and great interpersonal skills
  • A strong track record of managing relationships.
  • Experience in prospecting for new business to increase market share growth.
  • 1 to 3 years previous experience in sales, marketing, or outreach roles, preferably in a physician relations, business development, or healthcare marketing role.
  • Ability to travel within the local region to Bancroft locations, conferences, events, and key referral offices
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Collaboration, good communication, initiative
  • Sales Force or other CRM software knowledge
  • Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license required
  • Flexible, and willing to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This position is 60% local travel with one day per week in the home office in Cherry Hill, NJ, and one day per week of remote work. Occasional overnight trips may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Experience in working in a healthcare or nonprofit setting
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
