Job Description: Antitrust Attorney – Washington, D.C.
Location: Washington, D.C.
Salary Range: $235,000 - $435,000

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Antitrust Attorney to join our vibrant practice centered in Washington, D.C. This role involves engaging in antitrust litigation, merger clearance matters, cartel investigations, and providing cutting-edge counseling and advisory services. You will work on antitrust matters for some of the world's leading multinational clients, tackling the most complex issues in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in antitrust litigation, both governmental and private.
- Handle cartel defense and merger control matters.
- Provide strategic antitrust counseling and advisory services to multinational clients.
- Collaborate with a global team of experts to offer comprehensive legal solutions.
- Manage multiple cases and projects effectively, prioritizing as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia or eligible for admission.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust law, either in a law firm or a government environment.
- Experience in antitrust litigation, cartel defense, and/or merger control.
- Prior federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
