Job Details

Manage a high volume of incoming calls, generate sales leads, and identify customer needs to ensure satisfaction. You will build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Your responsibilities will include providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools, meeting personal/customer service team sales targets, and handling call quotas. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents will also be key tasks. Adherence to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies is essential, and going the extra mile to engage customers is expected.
