Job Summary Job Summary YCOE is hiring an Accounts Payable Accounting Technician. The AP Accounting Technician receives invoices, verifies approvals to pay, and enters payment information into the accounting system. This position also organizes the invoices, files the payments, and correspondence to and from the vendors. The AP Accounting Technician communicates with the YCOE vendors about payment status and communicates with vendors to problem solve any issues with payment status. The position works under the supervision of the Internal Fiscal Director and Chief Business Official in the Fiscal Department. View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications Formal education or training and experience at a level sufficient to provide the ability to understand and perform duties comparable in complexity to those listed herein; college level course work in accounting or public agency accounting experience is desirable.
