Summary - Customer Service/Office Assistant

Job Duties:
-To ensure all daily orders, including customer requests are communicated to the plant production staff.
-Create Purchase Orders for Merchandise, Parts, and Supplies
-Keep inventory on all supplies used and order when necessary
-Receiving orders. Check all orders placed are received in full and communicate any discrepancies to the vendor
-Billing and filling out subsequent internal reports
-To produce production tickets in a timely fashion, including all adjustments.
-To review daily manifests.
-To review and update soil information.
-Answering incoming phone calls as necessary, and route the calls to the proper personnel.
-To relay all correspondence and all other customer requirements to the General Manager and appropriate sales associate.
-To learn and know the Route Accounting System, uniform invoicing and RFID system
-To assist the Managers and Office Manager in any and all projects necessary.
-To ensure that all outgoing customer mail is routed properly.
-To assist all Account Executives in any and all ways pertaining to their accounts.
-Responsible for ensuring that the office staff is cross trained in all aspects of billing and customer service procedures.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

-High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
-Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and desire to succeed
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Excellent social interaction skills
-Industry experience a plus

Salary Range - 50-60k
