PREP COOK
Supervised by Kitchen Manager
- Aid cook in food preparation
- Prep simple grab and go offerings
- Heating products
- Portioning according to specs
- Keep food prep area clean
- Adheres to food safety standards making sure food is safe and free from contaminants
REQUIRED
- 18 years of age
- Able to meet physical demands
- Lift 25 lbs
- Stand on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to exhibit a sense of urgency
