Job Description
Be a part of our premier organization dedicated to the preservation, education, and research of coastal Worcester County, Maryland history! The Museum Aide will staff the newly restored Museum of Ocean City, located within the former bank building at 217 South Baltimore Avenue, in downtown Ocean City.
The Museum Aide will provide interpretation to visitors and answer questions regarding the history represented within the Museum.

2024: *Interim hours only for 2024*
- Mondays and Tuesdays: July- October 10:00 am -1:30 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: November 2024-April 2025 10:00 am -1:30 pm
2025- May-October 2025: 21 hours a week for 25 weeks
- November 2025- April 2026 10:00 am -1:30 pm
Position Details:- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of museum; which includes sweeping, removing trash, and dusting exhibits.
- Operates the museum store point of sale and accept admissions and donations from the general public.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Pass a post offer drug screening and background check.
