Position Title: Maintenance Technician 1st Shift
Wage: $20.00 - $25.00/hour
Shift: 1st (Sunday Thursday)

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Conduct general maintenance of the physical plant and grounds
- Troubleshoot and perform preventative and repair maintenance on equipment
- Make necessary repairs and adjustments on machines based on discoveries in an efficient manner to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiencies
- Calculate and size proper electrical instillation of breakers, motors, and circuits with the ability to efficiently install conduit and its associated wiring
- Report safety deficiencies to the Facilities Manager
- Identify and repair all safety deficiencies in the facility
- Operate forklifts and hand jack following proper training
- Assist Facilities Manager with food safety compliance
- Assist in the removal of snow from all sidewalks, driveways and parking lots during the winter
Requirements for Maintenance Technician:
- Knowledge and ability to perform basic mechanical maintenance and repairs; basic knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems preferred
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50lbs
