The Opportunity

FGAI has a Graphic Design Specialist opportunity in the growing HVAC industry. In this role, the incumbent will have the opportunity to work on various design projects across different platforms, contributing to the visual identity of our brand. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to develop their skills and grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do Every Day:
- Assist in creating visually appealing graphics for print and digital platforms, including but not limited to: brochures, advertisements, social media posts, website banners, e-blasts, website updates and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design concepts.
- Execute design concepts from initial sketches to final production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and standards.
- Research current design trends and techniques to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Support with photo editing, retouching, and manipulation as needed.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of design assets, including stock photos, icons, and templates.
- Maintain organized files and folders for easy access to design resources.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends.
- Can provide a portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years equivalent experience
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
