This is a State 911 Department Internal Posting Only - Incumbents apply advanced knowledge, skills, abilities, and public safety communications experience to supervise the PSAP Operations Division Communications Center. Incumbents help implement quality assurance practices and address problems that impact service delivery such as the need for resources, clarification of policies, procedures, standards or objectives, and intervention into poor performance, conduct or morale. Incumbents help identify and implement remediation and compliance measures to be taken so that expectations for delivery of dispatch services are being met.
