The Production Team Leader directs the workflow of a manufacturing team to ensure that assembly processes are completed timely and with the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a thorough knowledge of manufacturing best practices along with strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences and stakeholders. The Production Team Leader must be prepared to adapt to the changing needs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment while coaching his/her team to success.
