The Production Scheduler III will be responsible for managing the near and long-term production schedule for the Manufacturing Teams production schedule. They will do this by upkeeping a high-visibility long-term schedule and sending out regular updates on the near-term future. Scheduling will involve matching process activities with equipment/room/personnel availability and capability. Responsibilities Manage daily production schedules during planning horizon and adjusting schedules in response to disruptions or other changes, while considering varied capabilities of equipment per room Adjust scheduling practices based on historical production time, sample analysis turnaround, and maintenance downtime Assist with data mining performance metrics to compare actual production performance with scheduling KPIs Issue detailed schedules on what to produce based on an optimized time-phased production plan with start/end dates & times that drive plant operations Coordinate production schedules...Production Scheduler, Production, Scheduler, Project Management, Manufacturing
