The Work - Responsible for ensuring that aircraft that have undergone maintenance, repair & alteration conform to the approved /accepted technical data and are in a condition for safe operation. - Performs the inspection of aircraft for functional operation and conformance to FAA, government and company standards and specifications. - Inspects the installation and operation of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, oil, and emergency systems and other parts and equipment of aircraft. - Performs pre-flight and post-flight inspections in accordance with standard procedure on flight-proven aircraft. - Inspects Critical Characteristics (CC) in accordance with the Sikorsky Flight Safety Parts Program. - Performs receiving inspection of all material for compliance prior to installation on the aircraft.
