Ability to push racks for multiple machines/lines operating at the same time Push racks as needed to specified locations (ex Fab Cooler) Knowledge of racks and handling allergens Able to write tags Wash racks Responsible for rack removal from the rack wash machine. Communicate to the washer the type of racks needed and storing them and rack rods properly. Work on the line if needed. Must be able to rotate within the department and other departments.
