They handle various tasks, such as conducting industry research and account analysis, to create reporting that drives strategic decisions. The Specialist will provide tier-two support to Stifel's financial advisors and client services teams as a subject matter expert on cash products and banking services. They help create and update client and internal documents and marketing materials. They utilize no-code platforms to develop and enhance client-facing forms. Additionally, they may assist in training staff on products and services and troubleshoot any cash products-related issues.
