An SRO is expected to remain in the position for a minimum period of 6 months and at the end of that time may request reassignment to a standard post; however an SRO may be offered the opportunity to fill a standard post earlier than 6 months if business needs dictate or if requested by Client of CSM.
Basic Qualifications:
The SRO must be available to work all days and shifts as well as remain flexible to respond quickly on short notice to work any location or shift in a pre-determined geography.
