Responsibilities:
Are you a well-rounded Culinarian with passion for creativity?
- You will be esponsible for the meticulous preparation of hot or ready-to-eat dishes, strictly adhering to Canyon Ranch's recipes, nutritional guidelines, and exacting standards of presentation. Ensures strict compliance with health code regulations at all times.
- Maintains up-to-date familiarity with Ranch recipes, culinary techniques, and food presentation standards. Promptly communicates any observed discrepancies in recipe procedures, ingredients, or measurements to supervisors to facilitate necessary corrections.
- Executes prescribed opening and closing procedures as directed. Assumes responsibility for replenishing station supplies and ensuring optimal readiness for each meal service, as well as preparing for subsequent shifts.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of cooking experience, don't worry, we will train you on our style of cooking. If you are looking to work where someone cares about what a guest eats, then this is where you should be. You will need to have a mature, outgoing attitude and take pride in our standards of excellent food service. You'll also need to embrace and follow procedures according to Health Code at all times.
