Our client, a stable and growing manufacturer in Chester County, is looking for a Business Applications Analyst to add to their IT Team!
This is a permanent position, no contract!

The BA Analyst will be responsible for spearheading the implementation of a new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365). This project is already underway with a dedicated team.
Once the project is complete, the BA Analyst will shift their focus to researching and implementing new applications to improve the business overall.
Responsibilities:
* Identifies and scopes process improvement opportunities within D365 for all business processes including production, warehouse, logistics, customer service, and accounting.
* Analyzes current business processes and makes recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
* Supports and troubleshoots user issues within D365.
* Analyzes business requirements and translates them into functional specifications.
* Plans and implements supportive business solutions.
* Proactively contributes to the continuous improvement of technology/business processes through identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
* Develops and maintains documentation and training materials for systems.
* Improves training and operational procedures within business units to increase efficiency and productivity.
* Works with other members of the IT team to help evaluate business processes, trouble-shoot systems and incorporate solutions.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor"s degree in IT and/or Business Management REQUIRED.
* Microsoft Dynamics D365 REQUIRED.
* 3-5 years of experience as a business systems analyst or similar role in the IT field.
* Experience building process maps, gathering business requirements, and adhering to formal change management policies.
* Excellent organizational and project management experience/skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and technical skills.
* Strong business understanding of manufacturing systems and processes and supply chain and distribution.
* Strong documentation skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with users in all levels of the organization.
