About the Company: RelaDyne, Inc. is the established leader in lubricant sales, distribution, equipment reliability services, and value-added services. Our Baltimore, MD location is currently looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative
  • Deal Directly with customers either by telephone or email
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: copying, faxing, mailing and filing
  • Processing daily invoicing duties, communicating with internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate and communicate customer orders/questions/requests with operations and sales teams.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Process orders, forms, applications and request
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Prepare correspondence and presentations
Requirements - Customer Service Representative
  • 2 years or more of customer service experience
