This person must have 4-6 years of Project Based Section 8 property management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background & managing residential properties. This role is responsible for a large community focused on Project Based Section 8 property management. Must have hands-on experience in overseeing residential operations, including improving work order management, compliance, maintenance and enhancing the residential resident experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Project Based Section 8 property inventory
- Develops an operating budget for the property.
- Submits operating budget for review and approval by the Executive Director.
- Solve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitants
- Supervise all property staff & assist all outside vendors with property issues
Education:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
