Job Title: Environmental Monitoring Quality InvestigatorJob DescriptionThe Quality Investigator will conduct detailed and timely investigations, develop collaborative relationships with operational leadership and staff across Business Units, and liaise with Quality representatives to facilitate investigations. The role involves using continuous improvement techniques to identify root causes and implementing appropriate Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs). The successful candidate will also be responsible for environmental monitoring, compiling trending data, making recommendations on material disposition based on investigational data, and ensuring compliance with GMP and FDA regulations.Hard SkillsBachelor's degree in microbiology or related life science field5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industryExperience with writing investigationsEnvironmental monitoring experience in the pharmaceutical industryGMP experienceKnowledge of LIMS or equivalent systemSoft SkillsAbility to develop collaborative relationshipsEffective communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksWork EnvironmentThe role includes a personal desk space with a laptop, but also involves walking around the plant to conduct interviews, shadow processes, and gather samples and data.
