Job Title: Developer/Systems Analyst
FLSA Status: Exempt
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Performs analysis, diagnostics, development, report writing, testing in supporting the companys information technology needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop program specifications, analyze & resolve problems, and provide support for all computer applications.
- Extensive interaction with clinical and operational user groups to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Responsible for IT support and development, custom applications, reports, data mining, custom software, ERP support.
- Internet, Intranet, Windows Development.
- Manages or leads various phases of the development and maintenance of approved projects.
- Performs or reviews system analysis, design, programming, testing, debugging, and documentation for assigned projects.
- Leads or participates in process improvement.
- Investigates replacing current systems with new systems and analyzes the adaptability of current operations. Technical equipment and software vendors, and current users are consulted in these evaluations.
- Participates on project teams for assigned system projects; analyzes improvements and new applications and develops requirements and specifications with team.
- Helps develop specification, program, and documentation standards.
- Performs other related duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position.
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have good oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects. Must be very customer service oriented.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of five years relevant experience.
- Experience with the following preferred: SQL database development with T-SQL, Crystal Reports or SSRS, .NET development, JavaScript/HTML, MS Office including Access & Excel.
- Xamarin / Mobile App development a plus.
