The Plant Manager MUST have PAPERMAKING AND PAPER MACHINE leadership experience. The Plant Manager will oversee and coordinate the efficient utilization of employees through proactive, high-participation work teams. This role involves managing all day-to-day activities of the plant in alignment with company policies and procedures. The Plant Manager is responsible for ensuring the production and quality of products to meet the company's goals and objectives in a safe and effective manner. Key duties include monitoring personnel activities and equipment, directing daily operations, and reporting key process metrics, production status, and improvement opportunities to executive leadership. Additionally, the Plant Manager will promote teamwork within management teams and on the plant floor.
