Visitt is seeking a highly skilled and organized Professional Services Specialist to join our growing team. The Professional Services Specialist will be the first to interact with the client in the post-sale phase, and interact with Visitt s clients throughout their Visitt lifecycle. The ideal candidate must understand Microsoft Excel and its advanced functions, project management and implementation experience, and problem-solving skills.
What you will be doing:
- Interact and engage with Visitt customers
- Implement new Visitt accounts
- Maintain and update existing accounts
- Track and monitor implementation processes
- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision making
- Communicate project status and results to team members and stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during implementation
- Deliver high-quality customer support to customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting training sessions, where you will walk customers through using our product, answer their questions, and provide guidance on best practices
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to the product team to improve the product
Qualifications:
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Nice to have:
- Proven experience as a Professional Services Specialist or similar role
- Real estate operations experience
Compensation:
- Annually base salary of $55K - 60K
