Schedule: 4:30AM - 2:00PM Monday - Thursday

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00/hr.


Position:

As a Press Machine Operator, you will set up, operate, and maintain machinery, ensure the machine produces high quality products, runs smoothly and at capacity, and is properly maintained. Senior/Team Lead level individual is a semi-skilled, fully competent, very experienced worker who operates machines, factory-related processing equipment, or vehicles. Has advanced skills from training and substantial work experience, has autonomy, and works under limited supervision. May lead or guide the work of other employees but is not a supervisor. Typically contributes to maintaining a safe working environment and collaborates with co-workers and supervisors to solve work-related problems, improve processes, and increase productivity. Achieves competency with skills assigned to this level.


Press Machine Operator will:

  • Verify part and documents, interpret the job traveler to determine recipe to complete cure process before loading parts onto the racks, trays, or carts
  • Meet schedules, time allowances, and monitor machines frequently to ensure no discrepancies in software programs
  • Decipher parts and quantity requiring additional probes, wires, fixtures, or thermocouple placement before oven cure process
  • Remove probes, wires, fixtures, breakout, and clean all parts prior to distributing to the next process


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment: press experience is a plus
  • Previous forklift experience is a plus
  • Intermediate math skills
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Intermediate computer skills


Preferred Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite or similar

Pay

SEKISUI Aerospace is required by Washington law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Washington resident. Pay ranges may be higher or lower for non-resident WA employees, based on the market data for their region, allowing us to pay employees competitively in different geographic markets.
