**Description**
**Essential Functions**

1. Responsible for loading Western Trucks with Window, Doors, and Frames
2. Ensure all loaded product is accurately scanned and perform audits of trucks once the paperwork is completed.
3. Prepare and place packing slips onto the appropriate delivery truck
4. Loading, transporting, delivering, and unloading products to clients or businesses in a safe, timely fashion
5. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied
6. Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients
7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple orders in a day
8. Assist team members and fill in gaps as needed
9. Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary
10. Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas including equipment, tools, and work surfaces
11. Ensure PPE is always used, the product is loaded on trucks in compliance with Western policy and to allow for safe offloading by customers and maintain a safe work environment
12. Traveling is required.

**Physical Demands**

The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
**Position Type/Expected Hours of Work**
This is a full-time position. Days of work are typically Monday through Friday from 5:00 am until 4:00 pm. Additional days and hours, including Saturdays, may be required as dictated by business needs. This is a traveling position, 3 days in CA & 2 Days in AZ. Per.
**Preferred/Required Education and Experience**
1. Valid drivers license required
2. Clean driving record required
3. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) preferred
4. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
5. Current Class A CDL
6. Ability to Travel
