Job Details

As our lead graphic designer, you ll apply a passion for design and creativity to develop new content and campaigns for an established, leading brand within a growing category. You ll be working together with our marketing team to develop new ideas and communications across a variety of media and channels including social, web, video, print and presentations. With a balance of creativity and drive you ll bring a fresh design perspective to our brand and an ability to deliver content that will engage our audience and impact our business.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a wide range of projects and media, developing innovative and creative graphic designs that stand out from our competition, engage our audiences and convey our brand identity.
  • Manage the design process from ideation to creation to publication collaborating with internal teams to create a wide range of materials that may include social graphics, web pages, presentations, sales collateral, signage, internal communications, emails, and videos.
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality designs within our established brand identity.
  • Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team and other key stakeholders to deliver content and campaigns that meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Schedule project implementation based on workload and priorities, which may include five or more simultaneous projects.
  • Obtain input from managers and key stakeholders to ensure that designs meet brand expectations, program objectives, and represent the company or client appropriately.
  • Update and maintain content and creative library.
  • Maintain awareness of design and branding trends, sharing and integrating these insights during the development of content and campaigns.


Required qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
  • Three to five years of professional experience in a design-related role, either with an in-house marketing team or within an agency
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills to manage and prioritize projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
  • Experience with design software, such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver


Other bonus skills

  • Proficiency with photo- and video-editing software.
  • Direct experience with content marketing programs, including the development and management of social media content.
  • Experience with AI tools in developing content and visuals.
