Primary responsibilities for Warehouse Associates include:
- Remove the finished goods cases from conveyors and position them on the finished goods pallet in the correct formation.
- Follow the SKU pallet pattern specification.
- Position interlayers sheets, corner posts, pallet tops as needed.
- Manually load bottles/barrels onto conveyors or into pucks.
- Use hand-tape to seal the open finished goods cases as needed.
- Check the presence of the SKU label on the finished goods cases and segregate the cases with missing labels.
- Ensure that the correct amount of product is in each case.
- Run the manual pallet stretch wrapper as needed.
- Keep areas clean and in order according to 5S area requirements.
- Monitor equipment and inform Colgate-Palmolive Personnel if there is a fault or issue with the equipment or quality of the product.
- Watch for defective bottles/barrels on the line (e.g. no product/empty, product on sides of bottles/barrels, missing labels, missing caps, etc.)
- Watch for fallen bottles/shippers/barrels/pucks to prevent jams and machine stoppage.
- Load packaging materials into hoppers/magazines (e.g. caps, shippers, pumps, etc.)
- Use powered equipment to move finished goods and materials.
- Clear jams and restart equipment. If there is a fault present, notify Colgate-Palmolive Personnel.
- Perform cleaning activities on exterior equipment surfaces and conveyors when stopped.
- Proactively keep the area clean of products and debris.

Pay Details: $12.00 to $13.00 per hour
