OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Manage day-to-day order to cash activities involving customer service support of assigned accounts for Alphia manufactured product, including order entry, production and inventory reporting, and price accuracy. Work directly with Customers/ Brokers/ Sales by telephone, electronically or face to face. Assist in developing clear lines of routine customer communications by utilizing operational records and reports. Review and report on customer metrics, including attainment, fill rates, and on-time delivery and production scheduling. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues thru partnership with broader supply chain and sales organization. Support customer service department activities, including but not limited to customer visits, customer engagement activities & trade shows where applicable. Work with sales personnel to coordinate account requirements, maintenance & updates as to daily running of the business.
