Maintenance Mechanic - Allied Reliability

Research, order, and maintain necessary supplies to support assigned work and projects.
Uses mechanics tools; wrenches, ratchets, sockets, hack saw, tape measure, and screw driver
Performs operations of major pieces of plant equipment
Uses mechanical skills to identify and correct minor mechanical issues with equipment
Performs stick welding and uses cutting torch
Understands and interprets drawings or sketches
Uses electrical troubleshooting skills to identify and correct minor electrical issues with equipment
Uses voltmeter to perform basic electrical troubleshooting
Understands the basic principles of hydraulics and pneumatics
Understands lubrication principles
Understands and operates electric and LPG/Gas forklifts
Correctly completes work order forms
Correctly completes inventory forms
Follow 6S policies and procedures

A minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to use job-appropriate tools
Proficiency in investigating, deducing and recommending corrective actions for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems required.
High School diploma or equivalent
