**IT Support Specialist**

Fort Lauderdale, Florida / Technology IT / Full-Time + Asset tracking (need to be comfortable using technology)

+ Work and close all IT-related tickets and perform adhoc IT support requests.

+ Help maintain warehouse armory following protocols and procedures

+ Communicate any deviations to the SOP to the leadership team

+ Complete planned maintenance of all mechanical and electrical equipment

+ Track facility inventoryFill in for security if needed

+ Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas

+ Follows verbal or written instructions to clean and maintain the facility and perform a variety of work activities

+ Assists with housekeeping as needed (i.e., emergency assistance for spills, trash, restroom cleanup), loads cardboard daily and cleans and sweeps compactor area

+ Performs many other duties as instructed by the facility manager and other members of the leadership team

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 2+ years of related experience

+ Ability to use different forms of technology (WMS, Microsoft Office, Asset Tracking Application, Scanners, etc..)

+ Ability to accept responsibility for work assignments and job duties, and to be held accountable for successful completion

+ Ability to follow directions, and to work with minimal supervision

+ Ability to apply appropriate safety procedures and equipment to protect Company and customer assets, including personal protective equipment (i.e., back belt, safety glasses)

+ Ability to take initiative, and to work with a sense of urgency

+ Ability to constantly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 lbs.; frequently up to 50 lbs.; and occasionally up to, and over 100 lbs.

+ Must be comfortable working on a ladder and scissor lift at up to 40

+ Ability to reach outward, stand, and walk; frequently bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, and sit; and occasionally, crawl, reach above the shoulder, and type using a keyboard
