Job Summary (Essential Functions)
The pavilion attendant is responsible for providing club members and their guests with courteous, friendly, sufficient, service that meets or exceeds member expectations. The position is responsible for providing food and beverage service to club members and guests in the pool area.
Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities)
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and guests, providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
- Takes food and beverage orders.
- Maintains service and sanitation standards according to health code regulations.
- Keeps area clean and organized at all times.
- Ability to respond promptly to club member and guests needs.
- Inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Work quickly and safely at all times.
- Maintain and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures.
- Maintain positive member and guest relations at all times.
- Perform other duties as directed, developed, or assigned by the F&B manager.
Work Environment
The majority of time will be spent outdoors.
Must be comfortable working in shared spaces.
Reports to: F&B Manager
