The CL Account Executive role is responsible for handling all customer relations and supporting services for assigned accounts. Work with producers/marketing in order to enhance client development, service, quality and sales of these clients. This role is also responsible for negotiating favorable quotes with appropriate insurance carriers for client recommendations and maintain a current level of knowledge on rates, forms, and coverage changes through bulletins and circulars, and maintains required commercial lines manuals and rating systems. This high visibility role serves as the first line response for basic incoming customer calls to the bank.
