• Employed position - 4 days in the clinic and 1 admin day
• Have APRN support
• Seeing an average of 16-18 patients a day
• Base salary guarantee for the first 2 years with bonus and full benefits package including 20 days of PTO - 1 week CME - CME allowance - sign-on bonus - relocation allowance - health/dental/vision - malpractice - 401K plan
• Less than an hours' drive to Boston
