Construction Technician
Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual designs, 3D renderings, schematic designs, design development, and construction documents, in compliance with applicable codes
- Work on multiple projects while meeting budget and schedule constraints
- Attend project-related meetings, as needed
- Research project-related laws, codes, and other jurisdictional requirements
- Perform in-depth due diligence tasks
- Update and revise drawings per senior staff review
- Coordinate design with sub-consultants' drawings (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- Update and maintain project archives, records, drawings, and specifications
- Consistently meet deadlines as required by project work and supervisors
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
Requirements- At least 2 - 15 years of experience working on similar projects
- Bachelor of Architecture (5-year degree) or Master of Architecture
- National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) record and/or Architect Registration Examination (ARE) candidate
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
