Construction Manager

Job Details

Our engineering services client is currently looking to hire a Construction Manager to support various onsite construction projects. Current project needs are based in Cincinnati, Ohio working on-site at pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. In this role you will provide on-site construction management for a variety of industrial project types. Project types could include equipment installations, facility construction, site work, process/packaging line installations, and/or utilities/facilities systems re-purposing.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree in related field or equivalent technical experience
• 10+ years of industrial construction management experience, preferably in consumer products

Required Previous Experience with the Following:

• Direct customer/client interface
• Industrial design-build/turn-key project delivery
• Leading construction efforts ranging from plant level to large scale capital projects.
• Interacting across all levels of an organization
• Scheduling, cost control, and scope management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management
• Project Management experience in the engineering or construction fields
• OSHA 30, 1926

Previous Experience with the Following:

• Leading large scale, multi-trade construction teams
• Developing construction service proposals and cost estimates
• Knowledge of construction standards in the industrial markets (Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or other cGMP industries)
