Job Description: -
- Customer service oriented
- Possess strong organizational skills and can pay close attention to detail
- Demonstrate basic computer skills for purposes of data entry
- Able to multitask and perform many different duties such as delivering mail, collecting mail and answering questions all at the same time
- Good communication skills to deal with the mailroom customers SVB employees.
- Familiar with UPS and FedEx shipping processes
- Able to lift 30-50 lb. boxes
- Supporting the incoming/outgoing and sorting of bank mail. This mail is time-sensitive bank mail (checks to/from clients, contracts, urgent notices, etc.)
- Experience to include:
- Admin or office support.
- Mail /UPS/FedEx experience.
- Ability to multitask.
- Detail oriented.
- Team player
