Job Description: -

  • Customer service oriented
  • Possess strong organizational skills and can pay close attention to detail
  • Demonstrate basic computer skills for purposes of data entry
  • Able to multitask and perform many different duties such as delivering mail, collecting mail and answering questions all at the same time
  • Good communication skills to deal with the mailroom customers SVB employees.
  • Familiar with UPS and FedEx shipping processes
  • Able to lift 30-50 lb. boxes
  • Supporting the incoming/outgoing and sorting of bank mail. This mail is time-sensitive bank mail (checks to/from clients, contracts, urgent notices, etc.)
  • Experience to include:
  • Admin or office support.
  • Mail /UPS/FedEx experience.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Team player
