Hybrid: San Diego, CA (92123) (Tuesdays, Wednesdays)
Contract: 3-4 with possible extension
Pay: 25/hr - 29/hr
Accounts Payable, Capital Projects and Marketing need assistance with invoice coding, coding validation and reconciliations. In addition, the capital group needs help with Project and Asset setup.
- Customer Service Assist with the AP Help Desk emails (route messages, research, answer questions)
- AP invoice processing standard coding, approval routing
- Reclass assistance within Oracle as needed.
- Adhoc assignments as needed.
Soft Skills: Ability to work well in team environment, friendly, experience with high volume, quick learner, AP experience, follows direction.
Education: Must have bachelor s degree specifically in a business related field (accounting, finance, etc.)
