Immediate 1st Shift Manufacturing Foreman Job in Des Moines, IA!
Pay: $30.00-38.00/hr (DOE)
Shift: 6am-4pm, Monday-Friday (some Saturdays)
Job Duties:
Lead and train employees
Oversee production of products (set up and creation)
Produce products at high quality
Utilize tools and machinery
Run meetings and set expectations
Requirements:
7+ years working in precast production
5+ years in leadership role
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Experience in long line pre-stress
