SUMMARY:
Perform all tasks involved in building Pickups and or Amps
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pressing Bobbins, Prepping Bobbins, Winding Bobbins, Prepping Wires, Soldering Pickups, Potting Pickups, Finalizing Pickups and Packing Pickups.
Build/Pack Amplifiers.
Assist Preparing Shipments.
Assist in Miscellaneous Projects assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Have at least a high school diploma; additional training and/or experience in the field is a plus.
Proficient with Hand Tools, Extreme Attention to Detail, Ability to Follow Procedure, Soldering Experience a Plus.
Advanced dexterity for dealing with small parts and extremely fine wire
Have good hand-eye coordination for putting together small and intricate parts
Work well with others in a team environment
Receptive to training and with solid retention of information
Strong commitment to producing very high-quality products
Desired Experience:
Experience that shows advanced dexterity, use of hand tools, soldering, and operating at a professional capacity.
